Stable thinking 'Samten' meditation with HE Zimwock Rinpoche
Saturdays 10am –11am

Instruction in Buddhist meditation, as it was practiced historically in the Mahayana tradition and the Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism in ancient times. The “Silent abider" taught by Zimwock Rinpoche is specifically developed to teach to focus on what is traditionally known as Shepa (to transform into space of wisdom and clarity of light "which is known as Rigpa")

The ordinary human mind is usually in a state of confusion, carrying dark and white hot karmic sausages.., darker ones over power the powerless white ones and thus when we open it, it flows just the unwanted ones. but if we shake it well and upside down well, we will be mentally free and physically rich contented. in Sanskrit "An-atma" a state of no mind where you and your awakefullness is only, with that can fire thousands of your negative Karmas in heavy baggage. Zr.

Saturdays 11am - 12pm: Weekly Sadhana Practice

This is a good opportunity for both experienced and new students to get direction, inspiration, and rejuvenation in their own personal meditation practice. With your generous assistance we were able to offer 5.000 $ to the areas in Tibet affected by natural disaster during 2010. These funds were generated during the Snow Lion Festival in October 2010. We therefore with folded Hands are genuinely thankful for your help and the assistance you provided to those in need. Your prayers had been heard and touched the heart of those in dire need. All funds raised were allocated directly to those individuals in need in the Tibet disaster area with the assistance of the Dalai Lama's aid organisation.

JBC Members and volunteers are welcome to participate and contribute in helping to organize activities during such major events. Together we can save this planet and other living beings and that makes existential "life worthy".

Please contact the Secretary at  info@jamchen.com  if you would like to contribute to organizing future major events.
